Operations Lead (Non-Clinical)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,323 (NJC SO2 SP32-33)
Contract: Fixed term for 1 year (extension dependent upon funding)
Benefits: 20 days annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)
Over the past few years Survivors Manchester has been working hard to develop its clinical and criminal justice support services to ensure that we are meeting the needs of male survivors and those that support them.
The organisation has grown considerably and as such, Survivors Manchester is now recruiting for a brand new and exciting role – one that the right individual can really make their own!
The new Operations Lead (Non-Clinical) will be responsible for such aspects as:
• Facilitates Management
• Finance (Book-keeping and reporting)
• Bid writing and development
• Personnel Management (including performance)
• Implementation of operational systems
• Contract management
• Marketing and Communications
• Training development and delivery
• Income Generation
• Project Management
• Support to the CEO
This role will report into our Chief Executive Officer, and work alongside our Clinical Lead to form the Senior Management Team.
The role will have direct line management responsibility for a number of individuals within the team, both staff and volunteers.
