Healing can be a long and sometimes very intense process - but that doesn't mean that it all has to be about group or therapy. Sometimes it can be useful to read a book or watch a film.

On these pages we have collected a number of films, books and research pieces focused on male sexual abuse, survival from sexual violence in its many forms and on the progress being made in clinical treatment.

Please be aware that some of this information may be triggering to you, especially films about about survivors and violence - if you experience any issues as a result of watching or reading any of this information then please approach someone you trust or speak about it on the Forum.
