2014 – A year of Healing

01.01.14 | News

2014We would like to wish all our colleagues, friends, service users and associates a very happy new year and all the very best for 2014.
This year is going to be a tough one but we think we’re ready to take on the challenge. We have to survive this economic climate by working hard to bring in income and find funding; we need to make sure we continue to deliver the very best of services that we can (and when we don’t, we need to listen and learn from our mistakes); and we need to continue to keep our eyes open to how we can work better with our colleagues in the Police, health services, and voluntary sector.
Our fantastic board will be working with our Service Director on creating a plan of sustainability for the next 3 – 5 years, whilst our Clinical Lead will be working with the staff team on measuring outcomes that will help us prove our worth.
We will be continuing to build on the fantastic work our volunteers do and develop new opportunities.
2013 was a great year for us and we hope that 2014 will be even better.
Lets all work together to ensure that 2014 is a year that boys and men can feel even more confident about reaching out for support, asking for help, and realising that they have the right, the power and the desire to undertake the healing needed to move forward in life.
We’ll play our part, but how will you help us achieve it?
