Survivors Manchester Launches its SROI

14.01.13 | News

Today, Survivors Manchester launches the data collection part of it’s Social Return on Investment project, which is being undertaken and managed by Amelia Somerset – Financial Analyst at Zurich UK.
This research has been commissioned to help Survivors Manchester understand, measure and communicate the impact it has on all of its stakeholders. The aim of this survey is to understand the impact that Survivors Manchester has had on its service users throughout their healing journey.
Using an online survey, participants are asked to answer questions based on four main legacy themes:
• Anger
• Mental Health
• Offending Behaviour (including Substance Misuse)
• Social Exclusion
Each of these is then broken down into a number of issues, which may or may not relate to the individual.
All information gathered will be used for the purposes of this research project only, and kept highly confidential, through the use of password protected computers and data encryption. Furthermore, as this project is carried out independently of Survivors Manchester, the results will not be directly shared with the board, staff or volunteers at the organisation.
We will be publishing the results of the project in September 2013, so look out on for further details.
If you are a male survivor that has accessed any of Survivors Manchester services between 01/03/2012 – 29/02/2013 and feel that you would like to participate in this research, or to find out more, Click here to take survey.
