Risk Register

We Are Survivors takes risk seriously and it is important that risks attached to our work with victims/survivors are recorded, analysed and any actions are taken to mitigate or manage risk. Please ensure that you only use the minimum amount of information that will aid colleagues to have an overview of and understand the risk, whilst protecting the identity of those involved to the wider organisation. Immediate risk of harm should always be discussed with your Line Manager and Police/Ambulance should be contacted immediately if any threat to life is present in the risk.
